A non-profit run by volunteers, building affordable homes and community facilities for the benefit of local people. Our main focus has been to build 12 new affordable homes on land to the rear of Mill Road, Westbourne and make them available at social rents to local people
Our aims and Manifesto
We believe a village should be able to build homes for its own — at rents local people can afford, on land held in trust for generations to come. This is community-led project.
Over the seven years since we were formed, we've built twelve new affordable homes, upgraded the Mill Road park, created new storage for the Parish Council and Allotment Association, and added off-street parking for existing residents.

New play equipment and refreshed green space, creating a safe welcoming space for local families.
